Your time is valuable. The Admin Calendar simplifies the approval workflow, so you can act quickly and decisively. When you click on a pending booking, you’ll be able to review all the details and then either approve and finalise the booking or reject it. If a booking is rejected, an automatic notification is sent to the user who made the request, keeping everyone in the loop.

By default, the Admin Calendar is a powerful tool reserved for Super Users and Ultra Users. However, the access can be configured to meet the needs of your organisation. It can be made available to Contractor Heroes, who will have a customised view that only shows bookings relevant to their specific company, ensuring they have the information they need without seeing unrelated data.
