Bookings
Simplifying Site Access and Management
The Bookings System is a comprehensive and robust solution designed to manage all site access and activity with ease. Working seamlessly with our other features, it gives you full control over who is on your sites, when they are there, and what they’re doing.
Flexible Booking Creation
Book for Yourself or Your Team
With the Bookings System, you have the flexibility to create bookings that fit your workflow. From the “My Bookings” section, you can effortlessly create a booking on your own behalf. For team efficiency, you can also book on behalf of another member of your contractor company. And for administrators, the system offers powerful control, allowing you to create a booking on behalf of any portal user, centralising all booking management.

Multi-Site and Multi-Day Support
Our booking system is designed to handle the complexity of multi-site operations. When creating a booking, you can specify both a primary and secondary location, ensuring all parties know where to be. The system also supports multi-day bookings, giving you the flexibility to plan for longer projects and assignments.
Efficient Team Coordination and Document Management
Keep Your Team and Documents Centralised
Simplify team coordination by assigning multiple people to a single booking. This ensures your entire team is linked to the same project, making it easy to track who is on site. The system also acts as a central hub for all project documentation. You can upload files directly to a booking, so all relevant documents – from blueprints to safety checklists – are stored in one accessible location.

Integrated with Your Compliance Tools
The Bookings System works hand-in-hand with our compliance features. It seamlessly integrates with your Permit to Work and Authority to Work systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and linked to a booking before a contractor arrives on site. This integration provides a complete digital record and peace of mind that all safety and compliance protocols are followed.
