Data Governance Policy
INTRODUCTION
At The Power Plus Group, we are committed to delivering industry-leading health and safety software solutions. As part of this commitment, we must maintain a transparent, collaborative approach when it comes to the governance of system data. This policy outlines the necessary procedures for clients who wish to perform system checks, tests, or modifications within their health and safety portal.
By adhering to this policy, we ensure that system performance, security, and data integrity are preserved, thereby maintaining the high standards of service you expect from The Power Plus Group.
1. TRANSPARENCY IN SYSTEM CHECKS AND TESTS
Clients are required to inform The Power Plus Group in writing prior to conducting any system checks, tests, or modifications. These actions include but are not limited to:
- Data audits.
- Performance of security or compliance tests through software or manual testing.
- Implementation of third-party integrations or API interactions.
Failure to notify The PowerPlus Group may result in system disruptions or performance issues, which can compromise the effectiveness and security of the portal.
2. PRE-APPROVAL REQUIREMENT
Before initiating any checks, tests, or system modifications, clients must receive prior written approval from The Power Plus Group. This step ensures that:
- Any potential impact on system functionality or data is mitigated.
- Our technical and support teams are adequately prepared to monitor and assist during the process.
- We are aware your server usage will increase.
- System integrity is maintained without unforeseen issues.
3. PRICE ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE
In cases where a client performs system checks, tests, or modifications without prior notification and written approval, The Power Plus Group reserves the right to adjust the pricing for your health and safety portal by up to 50%.
This price adjustment covers the additional resources, oversight, and remedial actions that may be required as a result of unsanctioned activities. It reflects the need for comprehensive quality assurance to safeguard the system’s integrity and functionality.
4. COMMITMENT TO SERVICE EXCELLENCE
This policy is designed to ensure the continued high performance of your health and safety portal. By working collaboratively and maintaining open communication, we can:
- Proactively address potential issues.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of your system.
- Optimise our support to meet your needs.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance with this policy. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact your account manager or reach out to our support team.
