Mental Health: Resilience
About the course
Often, we’re able to reduce and control some of the stress we deal with on a day-to-day basis, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. We need to learn how to be more resilient when faced with stress.
Learning about resilience helps you to know when to back off and step down. Recovery is as important as training. Social engagement is very important and don’t push yourself too hard. It’s much better to maintain your stress levels and learn to manage stress rather than let it all build up.
