About "Suicide Awareness – It’s Time to Talk, Understand, and Save Lives"
Suicide is not inevitable. It is preventable.
Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy—and often, it’s a death that could have been avoided with awareness, understanding, and timely support.
This course is a compassionate, powerful training module that encourages everyone to talk openly about suicide. It aims to break the stigma, promote early intervention, and empower individuals to support others who may be struggling with suicidal thoughts.
“Let’s talk.” It might be the most important thing you say today.
Who Should Take This Course?
This training is suitable for all sectors and staff, but especially:
- Managers, HR professionals, and team leaders
- Mental health first aiders
- Any employee in a high-stress or frontline role
- Individuals who want to learn how to support someone at risk
Note: This course may be emotionally challenging, particularly for anyone who is a suicide survivor or has been bereaved by suicide. It’s recommended to have support available during or after completing the training.
