The Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) affect your projects, so it is important that you are aware of how these regulations may impact your work. The aim of the course is for you to understand the specific requirements imposed by CDM2015 and its implications, for you to realise the ‘duty holders’ under CDM2015 and help you to define the roles of the ‘duty holders’.
